I am Susan Sidford your Local Policing Inspector for Penarth and The Vale, the area covers seven wards in Penarth namely, Cornerswell, Plymouth, St.Augustine’s, Stanwell, Dinas Powys, Llandough and Sully. Eight wards in The Vale namely Cowbridge, Llandow/Ewenny, Llantwit Major, Peterston-Super-Ely, Rhoose, St. Athan, St. Bride`s Major and Wenvoe
There are dedicated teams of Neighbourhood Officers for each ward. Our aim is to reduce crime and disorder and tackle issues of local concern by seeking to increase public confidence in local policing and finding alternative ways of community engagement.
