I am Nicky Flower, the Neighbourhood Inspector for the Rumney Policing Sector which includes Llanrumney, Rumney, Trowbridge, Old St.Mellons and St Mellons. I have 21 yrs experience and started my career in Rumney.
I am so pleased to be back with having had the experience of various departments in the force. I intend to put this all to good use and my staff and I are committed to not only reducing crime but also improving the quality of life for you the residents. By tackling issues such as youth annoyance, off-road motorcycling and anti social behavior in general which I know are concerns for you across the sector.
My aim is that my officers and I be as accessible and visible as possible to you all. My priority is for professionalism and efficiency. Please use this website to find contact details of your local officers and dates of regular Pact meetings with the priorities you have set for us.

At this time crime in Cardiff is at an all time low compared to previous years and is continuing to drop which demonstrates our commitment to keeping you and your neighbourhood safe.
