Dog Fouling

A dog fouling operation was conducted on 20th July between Neath NPT and Neath and Port Talbot Council. The operation was held up Gnoll Country Park. Two persons, were issued with a fixed penalty for £70 for allowing their dogs to foul in a public place. These operations will continue over the summer months and all updates will be place on Our Bobby.
