Viaduct to be gated off

Due to concerns of anti social behaviour and criminal damage at the Viaduct in Pontwalby, Glynneath a multi agency site meeting has taken place whereby a decision has been made for the viaduct to be 'gated off' at both ends in order to prevent access to vehicles. Arrangements however will be made for all Emergency Services to hold unique keys should the need arise.
