Llantwit Fardre ward covers

The Llantwit Fardre ward cover the villages of Efail Isaf and Llantwit Fardre. Newtown industrial estate is home to number of local businesses and Crown Hill estate contains the village community centre, Scout's Hall and Maes-y-Bryn Primary school. There are several shops in the area and also two post offices.

There are several youth activities in the area including youth clubs in the scout's hall every Friday evening.
