Rhydyfelin Central/Ilan ward covers

Rhydyfelin is typical Welsh village located near Pontypridd town centre.  There are many partnership agencies working and some are based in Rhydyfelin area for example Communities First, Glytaff and Tenants Residents Association (GTRA), Valleys Kids, Newydd Housing. 

 Rhydyfelin Neighbourhood Policing Team try to work closely with all agencies with a view to jointly problem solving issues in the area.  We are always looking for new ideas to help resolve community issues. 

Whilst the team are based at 33 Elm Street, Officers are generally out on patrol in the area and should you wish to contact them please text or call the mobile advertised.

Anti Social Behaviour
Youth Annoyance alcohol related issues in the area, Youths have been found to be drinking underage in the area and this has lead to Anti Social Behaviour towards members of the public and also staff at the shops.
