Tyn-y-nant ward covers

Tyn-y-nant or as it is more commonly referred to - Tynant; is a village between Beddau and Llantwit Fardre. Steeped in mining history with parts of the old Cwm Colliery and Coke works still remaining. Your local officers for this area are PC Joy Nicholls, and PCSO Andrew Thomas along with PCSO Gareth Bishop (Beddau). Your nearest manned Police Station is either Pontypridd or Talbot Green.  The venue for monthly PACT meetings is Gwaun Meisgyn Primary School.
