The electoral ward consists of some or all of the following areas: Bonymaen, Crymlyn Bog, Pentrechwyth, Pentre Dwr, Winch Wen, in the parliamentary constituency of Swansea East. The ward is bounded by Neath Port Talbot to the west; Llansamlet and Morriston to the north; St. Thomas to the south; and Landore to the west.
