ward covers
Baruc ward covers an area as far as The Knap, The Garden Suburb, the entrance to Porthkerry Park and as far up as Park Crescent. The area extends to Powell Dyffryn Way, then south of Porthkerry Road to Market Street then Broad Street and Hood Road. The boundary cuts across the Waterfront to the old Barry Graving Docks, the Dry Docks, Redbrink Point and the Lighthouse at Jacksons Bay including all of Barry Island across the bay and back towards the Knap.
I am Police Community Support Officer Wayne Chant and I am the point of contact for the residents of Baruc and for the many businesses that help attract thousands of visitors each year.
