St. Augustine's
ward covers
The St. Augustine's ward covers the north end of Penarth which stretches from the town centre right down to Penarth Marina. It can be split into 3 quite distinct sectors; these are the business and shopping area, the residential area and the marina. The ward has two schools Albert Road Primary School and Westbourne Comprehensive School. The main landmark of the ward is St. Augustine's Church which can be seen when you are in the neighbouring city of Cardiff and from across the Bristol Channel.
Your dedicated ward officers are PCSO 55456 Rhys Allen and PCSO 55510 Gareth Parry. If you are unable to attend the PACT meetings but would like to talk to an officer about issues that concern you within your community, please feel free to call them on the number given below or email them via the link 'Tell us your concerns' at the bottom of this page.

- Town Centre Parking

- Lack of Activities for the Youth
- Councillors are working with The Youth Service, at West House, Penarth to improve more activities for the youth as it is felt that there is a lack of places and activities in the area.
