PACT Projects

To view information on a PACT Project click the link. The current PACT Projects are:

Anti Social behaviour and car fires
The lanes at the rear of Old Church Road are used by youngsters as a cut through to get from the lower to middle school. It is also used in the evenings as a cut through and as a result the youth drink and smoke in the area, cause low level crime by damaging vehicles, graffiting and throwing rubbish about. The residents have put up with it for a long time but now feel it is time some action was taken by the community and assisted by the other partners.
Environmental Issues
The area around Brook road is an unadopted Highway by the Council this means that the Councillors need to identify who the land belongs to. The Councillors have a planned time for the Conifers to be cut back and the Neighbourhood Management Officer for the Council is sorting out the up grading of the area.
