PACT Projects
To view information on a PACT Project click the link. The current PACT Projects are:
- Anti Social behaviour and car fires
- The lanes at the rear of Old Church Road are used by youngsters as a cut through to get from the lower to middle school. It is also used in the evenings as a cut through and as a result the youth drink and smoke in the area, cause low level crime by damaging vehicles, graffiting and throwing rubbish about. The residents have put up with it for a long time but now feel it is time some action was taken by the community and assisted by the other partners.
- Environmental Issues
- The area around Brook road is an unadopted Highway by the Council this means that the Councillors need to identify who the land belongs to. The Councillors have a planned time for the Conifers to be cut back and the Neighbourhood Management Officer for the Council is sorting out the up grading of the area.
