St Mellons is a large area which is served by 4 primary schools and a large business park. The perimeter of the area is along Newport road starting at Llaneirwg Way down to the A48 Roundabout, down Cypress Drive and all area inside Willowbrook Drive.
St Mellons has a large picturesque lake which is a haven for a variety of wildlife and is popular with anglers from many parts of Cardiff and surrounding areas. There is also a good bus service from St Mellons to the city centres of Cardiff and Newport.
