Summary: Evidence of Sexual activity in the car park by Manselton Community Centre.

The area has been very quiet of late with no reports of annoyance.

There seems to be a build up of rubbish in the lane opposite. Council will be informed along with the local Cllr.

Extra patrols over the weekend have been made by officers. No youths were seen in the locality on Friday, Saturday or Sunday night.

Patrols of the area will continue over the half term week paying attention to youth annoyance and general youths congregating.

If any person witnesses any annoyance please do not hesitate in contacting your local Neighbourhood Officer.

Numerous patrols have been made to the location officers have not witnessed any offences being committed. There have been no reports made by any residents,patrols will continue.

It was decided at the pact meeting that this location would remain as a priority for the month of February.

One report made to local Community Officer by a member of staff of empty Condom packages being left at the rear of building.

Officers have not witnessed any youths congregating at the locality and are in the process of ascertaining whether  or not the youth club are distributing these to youths hence the rubbish..

The locality has been very quiet of late. This may have something to do with the wet and cold weather conditions we are experiencing.

Nothing reported to Police from Staff or Residents.

It was decided that even though the location had been very quiet throughout the month, this location would remain a priority.

Patrols have continued at the location, no offences have been witnessed by officers , there have been no calls recieved from residents. Patrols will continue.

It was decided by the Pact panel that the location would remain a priority for the month of December.

The location has been very quiet over the last week with no reports of youths congregating.

Officers will continue to patrol the area..

One report that two youths were messing around at the location lighting a little fire.

Officers have continued to patrol at the location, whilst at the location officers have conferred with a number of mostly well behaved youths, however there has been alcohol confiscated and anti social behaviour referrals submitted. There has been no complaints recieved by officers from residents. Patrols will continue
