Underhill park has been monitored during the week for dog fouling. Whilst officers have been carrying out their high visibility patrols members of the public have been chatting to them about the situation and have received a positive response for carrying out the patrols!

Officers have been carrying out high visibility patrols over the last week in Underhill Park observing dog walkers and making sure they are picking up after their dogs. There are been no issues.

Officers are continually monitoring the parking situation on Newton Road and Mumbles Road. Drivers are being spoken to and moved on!

Local Officers have been carrying out high visibility patrols in an effort to keep an eye on dog walkers failing to pick up after their dogs. Patrols were carried out Tuesday afternoon for an hour and yesterday morning for half an hour.

On Tuesday 20th of November PCSO Lucy Lewis attended Underhill Park to carry out patrol in relation to dog fouling. Dog walkers we spoken to in relation to this matter.

Officers have been monitoring Underhill Park for members of the public not cleaning up after their dogs. Last week an individual was spoken to by officers in the park after failing to pick up after her dog. We intend to show a heightened police presence in this area to monitor the issue.

Whilst on patrol officers have been monitoring the ASB hotspots such as Underhill Park and Oystermouth cemetery. All has been quiet in both areas whilst on patrol.

As part of operation BANG Community officers have been patrolling the ASB hotspots such as Underhill Park and Oystermouth Cemetery especially on Halloween night. We are pleased to say that no calls were received regarding youth annoyance in these areas that evening. In addition, a CCTV operation has been carried out by local community officers PCSO Lewis and PCSO Lloyd over the weekend in order to monitor areas such as the Cemetery and Underhill Local community officers have been out patrolling Underhill park and Oystermouth cemetery this week. As Halloween approaches there will be a heightened police presence in these areas especially during the evenings to monitor any possible ASB.

Officers were patrolling both Underhill Park and Oystermouth Cemetery yesterday evening between the hours of 22:00 and 23:30 and we are happy to report all was quiet!

Officers have found that whilst routinely patrolling the areas of Underhill Park and Oystermouth Cemetery there have been no problems/issues to report and all seems quiet.

Officers this week have been continuing patrols around Underhill Park and we are glad to report there were no issues whilst out on patrol.

The Cemetery has also been patrolled this week especially during the evenings but we are glad to report all was quiet on each occasion.

PCSO Dower is pleased to report that incidents of youth annoyance are down, officers have been out over the weekend on patrols as well as our community engagement vehicle, that serves as a mobile station where members of the public can approach officers to discuss queries, has been touring various spots around the gower. no incidents reported or sighted.

I am happy to report that no incidents have been encountered by the Neighbourhood Policing Team during patrols and no incidents have been reported. High Visibility Patrols have been conducted during the afternoon and evenings especially during the weekend. We will be maintaining a big presence during the school hoildays to ensure that we address any anti-social behaviour.

Local PSCO’s have been carrying out regular high visibility patrols over the last couple of days in Underhill Park including the car park where there have been reports of antisocial behaviour by youths. There were no problems to report on each patrol.

Plans have now been finalised for a work place at Underhill park for your local neighbourhood policing team, officers can now be even more prevalent at the park during the summer months.

A quick update for you, patrols are set to continue this weekend at Underhill park and surrounding areas, to date we have spoken with many youths that utilise the park and its facilities, and I am again pleased to report that all have been very co-operative and no alcohol has been sighted, although we will continue to monitor the park closely throughout the summer period, if anyone has any concerns then please do not hesitate to get in touch!!

Hello all!

Just a quick update to inform you that an operation was undertaken over the weekend, targeting under age drinkers and any anti-social behaviour in Underhill Park and surrounding areas.

High visibilty controls both vehicular and on foot were carried out throught the evening and indeed the entire weekend, visits were made to local shops and businesses, the operation was a great success, no reports of any of the above issues were reported, all youths that were spoke with were polite and co-operative.
