From Cerys
During the last PACT meeting the issue of offroad bikes around Caewern was brought up as a concern.
I have conducted regular patrols throughout Caewern and the surrounding area and have not seen or heard any offroad bikes nor I have I seen any evidence of them being ridden in the locality. I will however continue to monitor the situation and should I catch anyone riding an offroad bike I will deal with them appropriately.
