Hello and welcome to the Penlan section of 'OurBobby' I am Declan Cahill the Inspector for this area. Penlan has dedicated teams of neighbourhood police officers, based within each ward, memebrs of the public can contact their neighbourhood officer for advice, information or any concerns they wish to raise, you will find their numbers on these pages.
I believe in working with the community as this is the most effective way of reducing crime and disorder, without your help and information Penlan would not be the thriving community it is today. I look forward to continuing to work with you and our partners.
