Rowdy/Nuisance Neighbours

Meeting: Tremorfa Community Centre, Tweedsmuir Road at 7pm.
Location of Concern:
De Bawdripp road, Pengam Green
Summary: Those attending the meeting expressed concern about nuisance neighbourss and associated anti social behaviour at known locations in De Bawdripp Road.

This continues to be PACT priority for the area. as intermittent  problems continue here.

This is a priority area for police patrols who continue to be vigilant in the vicinity.

Cardiff Community Housing Association (CCHA) Anti-Social Behaviour Officers are currently taking action against residents in the street who have breached injunction orders, resulting in tenants being moved from the area.

CCTV has been installed and both CCHA and Police continue to monitor the situation closely.

Due to the on-going problems with a small number of families in this location injunctions to keep the peace have been issued to two families on De Bawdripp Rd.

The police and Housing Association will continue to closely monitor the situation here and take further action if more problems develop.

Conclusion

What we did
This situation is now resolved Roath Policing Team in partnership with the Housing Association, CCHA, have worked together to cause the eviction of the resident causing the the Neighbour nuisance problem on Debawdrip Road.
